After a successful launch in 2024, the Ice Cream & Pizza Social will return on Wednesday, June 25, and will now replace the traditional Fourth of July Cookout. 

The event on July 4th has traditionally had low attendance.

Creativity is encouraged -- past successful auction items have included baked goods, a bread making class, gardening help, sidewalk art, a bike tour and a wine tasting dinner. Please reach out to your block captain to share your idea.

St. James's is nearing Phase III of their Accessibility Ramp Project, which includes the installation of a speed table on Birch at W. Franklin.  This will require closing Birch Street from W. Franklin to the alley, beginning the first week of April through early May (4-5 weeks).
