West Avenue

Founded in 1941, the West Avenue Improvement Association (WAIA) is the oldest neighborhood association in Richmond, and is dedicated to "the orderly development, preservation, and restoration of the neighborhood and shall work to maintain the quality of life for its residents."

Membership is open to all who live within the association boundaries.
